KAZAKHSTAN

Term of permanent residency: 10 years

Documentation:
 

  • Standard application form;
  • A copy and original copy of national or international passport (validity of the international passport shall be equal at least to the period of permanent residency);
  • Police certificate to be received by a foreign national in his/her jurisdiction (Certificate of no criminal conviction, solvency certificate and medical examination certificate shall be not more than 180 days from the date of its issue);
  • Document confirming solvency of the applicant. This is a certificate issued by a resident bank of Kazakhstan evidencing availability on the account of the amount of 1 320 of Monthly calculation index per person (4 197 600 tenge, or approximately 9 000 US dollars) (the following persons are under no obligation to confirm their solvency: fellow countrymen; persons and members of  families born in Kazakhstan or KazSSR or who previously held citizenship of Kazakhstan);
  • Residential property rental agreement;
  • Medical certificate form 028/y;
  • One photograph 35x45 mm;
  • Document confirming payment of official fee;
  • Original copy and copies of certificates of marriage or birth (if necessary).

Grounds for obtaining permanent residency are as follows:

  • Starting a business;
  • Employment;
  • Marriage with a citizen of Kazakhstan;
  • Repatriation;

UZBEKISTAN

Term of permanent residency: 5 years; in case a person reaches 60 years – unlimited period
 

Documentation:

  • Standard application form in 2 copies;
  • A copy and original copy of national or international passport (validity of the international passport shall be equal at least to the period of permanent residency);
  • Police certificate issued at previous place of residence, to be submitted by law enforcement agencies or consular offices of foreign states located in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • Application of the owner (owners) of residential property on provision of living space, and documents evidencing title in such property;
  • Certificate confirming absence of dangerous diseases;
  • Two photographs 35x45 mm;
  • Document confirming payment of official fee;
  • Copies of certificates of marriage or birth of a child (if necessary);
  • Bank statement confirming financial independence (if necessary);
  • Pension certificate (if necessary).

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Term of permanent residency: from 1 year to 10 years

Documentation:
 

  • A copy and original copy of national or international passport (validity of the international passport shall be equal at least to the period of permanent residency);
  • Completed visa application form;
  • Three color photographs sized 35x45 mm;
  • Documents evidencing eligibility for permanent residency in the United Arab Emirates;
  • Receipt evidencing payment of the consular fee;
  • Medical certificate;
  • Police certificate;
  • Certificates of income of the applicant for a resident visa;
  • Original copy and copies of documents on marriage or birth of a child (if necessary).

Grounds for obtaining permanent residency are as follows:

  • Marriage with a citizen of the UAE;
  • Starting a business;
  • Investment;
  • Education;
  • Purchase of real estate in the amount of 750 000 dirhams ($ 204 210) in Dubai;
  • Employment;
  • Receipt of a visa for freelancers or pensioners.

TURKEY

Term of permanent residency: from 6 months to 2 years

Documentation:

  • Standard application form;
  • A copy and original copy of national or international passport (validity period of the passport at the time of expiry of permanent residency shall be at least 4 months);
  • Bank account statements and card account statement;
  • Four photographs 35x45 mm;
  • Receipt evidencing payment of official fee;
  • Original medical insurance, certified by electronic/regular signature and seal/stamp (insurance policy is not required for persons under 18 years of age or persons over 65 years of age);
  • Notary certified copy of a rental agreement, a copy of the document evidencing title in the property;
  • Police certificate;
  • Marriage certificate (shall be apostilled and translated into Turkish by an accredited translation agency, and certified by a notary);
  • Birth certificate (for children under 18) (shall be apostilled and translated into Turkish by an accredited translation agency, and certified by a notary).

  • Purchase of title in real property / long-term rent;
  • Reunion with family members;
  • Employment;
  • Starting a business;
  • Investment;

  • Medical treatment in Turkey;

  • Certificate issued by a medical institution in Greece evidencing absence of dangerous diseases;
  • Copies of certificates of marriage or birth of a child (if necessary);
  • Bank statement confirming financial good standing (if necessary);
  • Pension certificate (if necessary).

Grounds for obtaining permanent residency are as follows:

  • Purchase of real property;
  • Reunion with family members;
  • Starting a business;
  • Education;
  • Financially independent people;
  • Employment;
  • Living in Greece for 5 years or more;
  • Refugee status.

  • Passport, international passport and their copies (the remaining validity period of the passport shall not exceed 90 days and it shall contain at least 2 blank pages);

  • Two photographs 35x45 mm;
  • Police certificate issued in Russia;
  • Document evidencing financial good standing;
  • Receipt evidencing payment of official fee;
  • Medical insurance;
  • Place of residence certificate;
  • Original copy and copies of certificates of marriage or birth of a child (if necessary).

Grounds for obtaining permanent residency are as follows:

  • Bank guarantee to cover expenses in case of deportation (the amount depends on the grounds);
  • Document evidencing issuance of a bank guarantee;
  • Medical insurance;
  • Copy of the passport;
  • Police certificate;
  • Original certificate of medical examination and absence of dangerous diseases;
  • Marriage certificate duly certified and translated;
  • Birth certificate of children, duly certified and translated;
  • Pension certificate (if necessary).
