Anastasia Andretsova

Anastasia specializes in protection of interests of clients in criminal cases of economic nature, including:

• protection of business within the scope of criminal law;
• protection of suspected and indicted persons in cases related to economic and official work-related crimes and representation of interests of victims and witnesses at all stages of criminal proceedings.
   

Prior to joining the Aronov & Partners team, she worked with the Law Offices ZKS.

A few projects with the participation of Anastasia:

• re-qualification of attempted fraud on an especially large scale for arbitrary behavior with subsequent termination of the criminal case;
• completion of a procedural inspection related to causing personal injury at a construction site by way of refusal to initiate criminal case;
• protection of interests of the principal accused of fraudulent actions on an especially large scale, as a result, punishment not related to imprisonment was imposed.
   

She on a regular basis provides professional expertise to the Russian media - business press, radio and television, she is also a frequent speaker at large-scale legal and industry events.
