Anton Emelin

Anton is a Senior Partner and co-founder of the Moscow Bar Association “Aronov & Partners” and is a head of the Real estate and construction practice.

Anton specializes in criminal law (profile: economic and corruption crimes);

• Protection of property interests, including protection of business assets, protection of personal property, protection in bankruptcy cases, disputes related to subsidiary liability.
• Disputes over rights to real estate (challenging transactions, vindication, disputes with regard to unauthorized buildings, land disputes, urban planning disputes)
• Due diligence of real estate items.
   

He has over 18 years of legal experience, of which 15 as a lawyer.

Prior to establishment of Aronov & Partners, he successfully headed the legal departments of RosEvroGroup (real estate management) and VIT Corporation (developer).

Anton is also actively involved in charitable projects:

1. Legal support and protection of rights of patients with primary (congenital) immunodeficiency related to medical drug provision together with the Society of Patients with Primary Immunodeficiency.
2. Protection of valuable historical, cultural and natural landscape of the coast of Lake Pleshcheyevo in the city of Pereslavl-Zalessky of the Yaroslavl region, against chaotic development, together with the Interregional public organization Motherland of Alexander Nevsky.

He on a regular basis provides professional expertise to the Russian mass media - business press, radio and television. He is also a frequent speaker at large-scale legal and industry events.
