Evgeniy Rosenblat

Evgeniy heads the direction of the Complex litigation practice and also specializes in provision of legal support for large corporate projects.
Prior to joining the team, he worked in leading Russian law firms (YUST, the Moscow Bar Association “Knyazev and partners”), and also headed the legal department in the Moscow Domodedovo Airport group of companies.

Evgeniy has over 12 years of legal experience in legal profession.

He often acts as an expert lawyer (Nezavisimaya Gazeta, Kommersant, Pravo.ru, Advocaatskaya Gazeta, EZh-Jurist, Izvestia, Rossiyskaya Gazeta, RIA Novosti, RT, Arguments and Facts, 360, Glavbukh, Regnum, channels: NTV, TVC, Russia, REN-TV, MIR; Radio of Russia).
 

In addition to successful practice of law, Evgeniy's experience also includes academic experience:

• judge of the direction “Criminal Law” direction at the “Kutafin Legal Cup 2020” (Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy);
• Delivered lectures at Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy and Higher School of Law and Administration of the Higher School of Economics;
• Worked as a lecturer of LEGAL IT CLUB on IT law.
   

Evgeniy heads the team of lawyers who provide clients with full range of services related to resolution of disputes of any complexity.

He on a regular basis provides professional expertise to the Russian mass media - business press, radio and television. He is also a frequent speaker at large-scale legal and industry events.

Key cases with participation of Evgeniy, to name a few:

• Representation of interests of the designer of the Moscow Metro in contract related disputes with the subcontractor for total amount of 600 million rubles;
• Representation of interests of the designer of the Moscow Metro in the dispute over the claim under the contract for the recovery of damages in the amount of 51 million rubles, allegedly due to improper development of design and operational documentation;
• Provision of legal support in the unique dispute against the Moscow City Property Department on exclusion of property from the municipal list of free property, inclusion into which prevented the purchase of property. The precedent resolution has been received;
• Defended the interests of the principal in disputes over claims filed by auto giants Daimler AG and Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft on protection of exclusive rights to trademarks and destruction of counterfeit goods;
• Provision of legal support for projects in which foreign law is applied (Ireland, Portugal, Germany).
