Irina Belitskaya

Irina Yakovlevna has been an adviser in respect of the labor law practice of Aronov & Partners since 2016.

She specializes in labor law. Irina provides legal assistance in the following areas:

• advice on labor law matters;
• audit of the system of local regulations containing labor law norms;
• development of local regulations;
• audit of personnel records;
• training of employees of legal entities on labor law and personnel records management.
   

In addition to successful legal practice, Irina's experience also includes active academic activity:

• Academic Advisor of the Institute of Personnel Administration, Deputy Director of the Higher School of Law and Administration, National Research University Higher School of Economics.
• Professor of the Department of Health Care Management, Economics, Law and International Projects of the Non-state educational private institution of postgraduate and further professional education “International Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education”
• During the period from 2011 to 2017 she worked as a Senior Lecturer, Department of Labor Law and Social Security Law of the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
• During the period from 2008 to 2011 she worked as a Deputy Director, Dean of the Faculty “Higher School of Human Resource Management” of the Educational and Scientific Center “Higher School of Human Resource Management” of the Non-State Educational Institution “Central Institute of Continuing Education of the Society “Znanie” of Russia.
• During the period from 2006 to 2008 she worked as a Deputy Director for Scientific and Methodological Work of the Institute of Human Resource Management of the Moscow State University of Technology and Management (MSUTM).
   

Irina is a business coach and a speaker at legal programs of the Private institution of additional professional education “School of Law “Statut” (since 2006 to the present),  Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Law Institute “M-Logos” (2008 to the present), State Educational Institution of Further Professional Education “Institute for continuing education of civil servants” of the Russian Academy of Civil Service under the President of the Russian Federation (2004-2006), JSC “Moscow Information and Computing Center” (2007-2010), Federal State Budgetary Institution “All-Russian Research Institute of Labor” of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Russian Federation (since 2013).

Expert of the Human Resources Development of the Center of the Industry Council for Professional Qualifications of the Financial Market. Industry specialization: healthcare; construction; oil and gas industry; fuel and energy complex; industrial production.
Author and co-author of more than 40 publications on the subject of labor relations, including four monographs, one textbook, five educational, educational-practical and practical guidelines, and a chapter in the commentary to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and 30 articles, 13 of which were published in the list of journals of the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles (Hirsch Index - 6).

She on a regular basis provides professional expertise to the Russian media - business press, radio and television, she is also a frequent speaker at large-scale legal and industry events.
