Oksana has the status of a lawyer and specializes in protection of honor, dignity and business reputation, including in the Internet, antitrust, corporate and contract law.
Prior to joining “Aronov & Partners”, she worked in local governments of the Moscow Region. She has great experience in representing the interests of principals in the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation and in legal proceedings.
A few projects with participation of Oksana:
- deletion of a photo of a public person on Instagram* (*Meta Platforms is included into the list of extremist companies in Russia and is prohibited), used without the consent of the owner for advertising purposes;
- representation of interests in disputes involving demolition of unauthorized buildings;
- representation of interests of the designer of St. Petersburg metro in legal proceedings over seeking invalidation of the contract with the state authorities.
