The litigation was settled by amicable agreements, following the conclusion of which the plaintiff waived all property claims against the principal, as well as most non-property claims.
Representation of a business company in a case concerning the conversion of the principal's property and more than 1,850 real estate objects of other persons (more than 300) into the state income. The case was won in the court of appeal instance, which reversed the decision of the court of first instance and dismissed the claims against the principal.
