In the interests of the client, he achieved the cancellation by the appellate court of the decision on the illegal transfer to the state of about two thousand real estate properties located in the Caucasian Mineral Waters region;

Protected the interests of minority shareholders by successfully challenging a series of transactions on the illegal alienation of large land assets by a joint-stock company, and also recovering from the head of the company the corresponding damages in the amount of more than one billion rubles;

Protected the former CEO of a company - the leader of the archival industry in Russia and the CIS from the recovery of several million rubles in damages from him in a corporate dispute under English law;

Prevented the bank from foreclosing on production complexes belonging to the Novosibirsk defense plant, and successfully facilitated the conclusion of a settlement agreement aimed at preserving the plant's operations and providing it with a significant installment plan to repay the debt to the creditor-pledgee;

successfully defended the interests of a major telecommunications company in Nizhny Novgorod in a major corporate conflict related to the execution of a contract for the sale and purchase of shares in the authorized capital of a business entity worth over 600 million rubles; acting in the interests of an advertising campaign, he achieved the recovery of a debt exceeding half a million euros from an unscrupulous customer of advertising services.
